Effective date: October 12, 2026. These terms apply to TapPC, its Android companion app, Windows desktop software and connected services provided by CODEEVAAI. By using TapPC, you agree to these terms and the TapPC Privacy Policy.

Authorized use and pairing

Use TapPC only on devices you own or are authorized to manage. Protect your phone screen lock, PC PIN and pairing access. Do not share pairing codes or images, impersonate another device, interfere with another user, or attempt unauthorized access. Remove a pairing before selling, transferring or replacing a device. A disconnected device is not automatically unpaired.

Controls, availability and safety

Available controls may include lock, custom unlock, shutdown, automatic locking, device status and notifications. Availability depends on your devices, permissions, network connection, product version and enabled features. Confirm the intended PC before sending a command. Save your work before shutdown; interruptions or shutdown can cause loss of unsaved work.

Custom locking and native Windows locking provide different behavior. TapPC phone verification does not automatically unlock the native Windows sign-in screen. TapPC does not guarantee uninterrupted remote access or protection against every attack, physical access or administrator-level interference. Keep your operating system sign-in and recovery options configured. Enhanced Protection is optional, requires explicit administrator approval and can remain enabled after logout until removed through its authorized removal process.

Free access, paid features and subscriptions

TapPC may be offered free, as a paid product, with optional paid features or through a subscription. A free download does not promise that every future feature will be free. Applicable prices, taxes, included features, duration, trial conditions and renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase. No payment obligation arises solely from installing or using a free feature.

Where a subscription is offered, renewal and cancellation follow the terms shown at purchase and the payment platform's rules. Cancellation stops future renewals when processed; it does not normally refund the current paid period. Check your purchase platform for cancellation and access-expiry details.

Refund policy

Paid downloads, licenses, activated digital features and completed subscription periods are generally non-refundable for change of mind, non-use or cancellation after access has been supplied, except where the purchase offer, payment platform's rules or applicable law require otherwise. This policy does not exclude rights relating to unauthorized or duplicate charges, defective or undelivered products, or other legally required remedies.

Google Play purchases remain subject to Google Play's refund process and applicable rules. Other purchases follow the refund terms displayed at checkout, subject to applicable law. Send billing or product-delivery issues to info@codeevaai.com with the order reference and a description; do not send passwords, PINs or full payment-card details.

Updates, license and responsibility

We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to use TapPC under these terms and any purchased entitlement. You may not redistribute it as your own product or bypass access or licensing controls, except where applicable law permits. Third-party components retain their respective licenses. Updates may change supported features; material changes to these terms will be communicated through the website or product where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and CODEEVAAI is not responsible for indirect losses caused by device failures, network interruptions, misuse or shared credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. If you disagree with these terms, stop using TapPC, cancel any renewal separately, and remove pairing or request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
